Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of CRM systems

He/ She should be meet the targets as fixed by management.

Promote and sell company products at assigned locations.

Prospect and qualify new sales leads.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.

Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.

Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.

Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. Meet and/or exceed quotas.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

High motivation and confidence levels are necessary for sales executives, as the customer response rate to sales pitches is usually low.

Adapting to challenging situations and different customer needs can help you fulfil your duties effectively.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
